  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize deep knowledge and understanding of luxury fashion to assist clients in discovering their unique style.
  3. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized shopping experiences and anticipating their needs and preferences.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and designer collections to effectively communicate product information and styling advice to clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, and footwear.
  6. Maintain a visually appealing and organized selling floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image of the brand.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and customer service standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In Luxury Retail Sales, Preferably In The Apparel Department.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Designer Brands And Current Fashion Trends.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Provide Personalized Styling Advice.

  • Proficiency In Point-Of-Sale Systems And Ability To Handle Cash And Credit Transactions.

  • Flexible Schedule, Including Availability To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
