  1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all Neiman Marcus Group facilities to identify and address any potential issues or malfunctions.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the facility management team to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
  4. Monitor and maintain all building systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire protection, and security, to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  5. Evaluate and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide quick and effective solutions to minimize any potential damage or disruption.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including documentation of completed work, materials used, and costs incurred.
  8. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee repairs, installations, or upgrades as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve facility operations.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with store and corporate management to provide updates on facility maintenance and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Train and mentor other facility team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise and knowledge within the department.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence and take ownership of projects and responsibilities to ensure the highest level of performance and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Civil Engineering
