1. Develop and implement innovative and unique menu items that reflect the restaurant's brand and vision.
2. Train, mentor, and lead the culinary team to ensure consistent execution of high-quality dishes.
3. Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing of ingredients, portion control, and presentation.
4. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
5. Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive and seamless dining experience for guests.
6. Monitor and control food and labor costs to ensure profitability for the restaurant.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the menu and operations as appropriate.
