Job Description

At Neiman Marcus Group, our eCommerce Logistics Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring that our online orders are delivered seamlessly to our customers' doorsteps. As a successful candidate for this position, you will have a passion for logistics and a strong understanding of eCommerce operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the flow of products from our distribution centers to our customers' homes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.   1. Manage eCommerce order fulfillment process: The eCommerce Logistics Coordinator will oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams: This role requires working closely with various teams such as the warehouse, transportation, customer service, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  3. Monitor inventory levels: The Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure that products are available for timely order fulfillment.
  4. Ensure timely delivery: The primary responsibility of the Coordinator is to ensure that all orders are delivered to customers within the promised timeframe, and any potential delays are communicated promptly.
  5. Resolve order-related issues: In case of any issues with orders, the Coordinator will work with the customer service team to resolve them quickly and provide a satisfactory resolution to the customer.
  6. Analyze and report on performance: The Coordinator will track and analyze data related to order fulfillment and delivery, and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain accurate records: Maintaining accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and inventory levels is essential in this role to ensure smooth operations and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: To stay ahead in the eCommerce industry, the Coordinator must stay updated on the latest logistics and eCommerce trends and incorporate them into daily operations.
  9. Train and mentor team members: The Coordinator may be responsible for training and mentoring new team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and can contribute to the team's success.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Coordinator must follow all company policies and procedures related to eCommerce logistics, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce Logistics, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Transportation Logistics.

  • Proficient In Using Ecommerce Platforms, Warehouse Management Systems, And Other Logistics Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Effectively.
