  1. Promote Dior products: Act as a brand ambassador for Dior, utilizing your extensive knowledge and passion for luxury beauty to promote and sell Dior products to customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  3. Drive sales: Utilize your strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets, actively promoting Dior products and upselling to increase revenue.
  4. Build relationships: Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and creating a personalized experience, leading to repeat business and customer loyalty.
  5. Maintain product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Dior products, including new releases and promotions, in order to effectively educate customers and provide accurate information.
  6. Merchandising: Ensure Dior beauty products are attractively displayed and properly stocked, maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
  7. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment, supporting each other in achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Meet company standards: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and dress code standards, to maintain a professional image and represent the Neiman Marcus brand.
  9. Attend trainings: Participate in Dior brand trainings and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve and enhance your skills and expertise.
  10. Handle transactions: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card sales, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Dior Beauty Sales Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Beauty Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
