  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the luxury retail store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating the needs of each individual customer.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  4. Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  5. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring a positive resolution for both the customer and the company.
  6. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively relay information to customers and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.
  7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the luxury retail industry, including current trends, products, and brands.
  8. Utilize company resources and technology to provide personalized and efficient assistance to customers, such as creating wish lists and processing special orders.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
