  1. Greet and welcome clients to Neiman Marcus Group with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor service accordingly.
  4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group to assist clients effectively.
  5. Proactively anticipate and fulfill clients' needs and requests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  6. Handle all client interactions with professionalism, tact, and discretion.
  7. Manage and resolve any client complaints or issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  9. Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reflect the luxury standards of Neiman Marcus Group.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Neiman Marcus Group image and values at all times.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience at Neiman Marcus Group.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in delivering exceptional customer service.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Complete administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and report generation as required.
