  1. Greet and welcome customers into the store with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs and desires of customers.
  3. Ensure that all customers feel valued and appreciated by going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  4. Attend to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the luxury products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the store, such as sales, alterations, and personal shopping.
  8. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the concierge desk and surrounding areas.
  11. Assist with special events and promotions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for customers.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and confidentiality.
