  1. Support the Organization Consulting team in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of the organization.
  2. Collaborate with team members to conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  3. Assist in the development and execution of project plans to drive organizational change.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on project progress.
  5. Maintain project documentation and ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership.
  6. Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks to project success.
  11. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and a shared commitment to excellence.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing our company values and commitment to luxury retail.

  15. Other duties as assigned by the Organization Consulting team or leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Consulting Or Project Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Organizational Structure, Processes, And Change Management Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Industry And Experience Working With Luxury Brands Preferred.
