1. Prepare and cook high-quality, delicious dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
2. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative menu items.
3. Ensure all food preparation and cooking techniques meet food safety and sanitation guidelines.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
5. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies.
6. Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely service.
7. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet guest expectations.
8. Adapt to changing menus and work under pressure during busy dining periods.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and sanitation.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
11. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
12. Continuously strive to improve cooking skills and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
13. Collaborate with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the kitchen.

15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
