  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling merchandise.
  5. Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s systems.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively answer customer inquiries.

  11. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Maintain a high level of personal presentation and adhere to company dress code standards.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
  14. Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
