- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the Neiman Marcus brand.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Proactively reach out to clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to keep them informed about new products, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales associates, stylists, and merchandising, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Utilize knowledge of luxury retail to advise and guide clients on product selection, styling, and customization options.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and information, including purchase history, preferences, and contact details.
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and improve client relationship strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Relationship Associates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Customer Service, Sales, Or Account Management
Experience In Retail Or Luxury Industry Preferred
Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
