  1. Lead and mentor a team of client relationship associates to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  2. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, providing personalized services and products to exceed their expectations.
  3. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  4. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive sales.

  6. Conduct regular trainings and meetings to keep the team updated on company policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor strategies to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and increase customer retention.
  11. Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and provide insights for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the Neiman Marcus Group and its values to clients and the public.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-End Clientele.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Crm Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis To Identify Trends And Opportunities For Improving Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
