  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Lead the client relationship team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
  4. Identify and anticipate client needs and preferences, proactively offering personalized solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for retaining and attracting clients.
  6. Utilize customer data and feedback to continuously improve and enhance the client experience.
  7. Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices, ensuring consistency in delivering top-notch service.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' services to maintain a competitive edge in client satisfaction.
  9. Handle escalated client issues and complaints, finding effective resolutions to maintain a positive relationship with the client.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Neiman Marcus luxury experience and values to clients and within the community.
