As the Client Relationship Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, while also driving sales and promoting our brand. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of luxury retail, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized attention.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to identify and target high-value clients and develop strategies to enhance their overall experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the client experience.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improving client relations and sales.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and consistent client experience across all touchpoints.
  8. Plan and execute client events and initiatives to foster a strong sense of community and loyalty.
  9. Train and mentor team members on effective client relationship management techniques.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to client interactions and data privacy.

  • Extensive Experience In Client Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Client Relationship Lead Position At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Nurturing Client Relationships. This Includes Experience In Building Rapport, Identifying Customer Needs, And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Luxury Retail Industry: Neiman Marcus Group Is A Renowned Luxury Retail Brand, And The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Luxury Retail Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Market Trends, Competitors, And Customer Preferences.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Client Relationship Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Client Relationship Managers And Associates. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leadership And Team Management, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Sales And Customer Service Goals.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: In Addition To Managing Client Relationships, The Client Relationship Lead Will Also Be Responsible For Analyzing Sales Data, Identifying Trends, And Developing Strategies To Improve Customer Satisfaction And Retention. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Business Growth.
