- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of designer sportswear trends, styles, and brands.
- Assist clients in selecting and styling sportswear pieces to suit their individual needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling designer sportswear products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and fashion trends to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store-wide sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the designer sportswear department is maintained to company standards.
- Handle all transactions and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively seek out and follow up on potential leads and opportunities to increase sales and expand client base.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethical selling practices and loss prevention measures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, promoting the company's values and image at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design, Merchandising, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Luxury Retail, Specifically In Sportswear Design
Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Successful Designs
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
