  1. Engage and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the Neiman Marcus Group brand and culture.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends and designers to advise clients on their wardrobe choices.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the Neiman Marcus Group's product offerings, services, and policies to effectively communicate with clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and exceptional customer service.
  5. Actively seek out new clients through networking and outreach efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' offerings to inform and enhance client interactions.
  7. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless and efficient client experiences.
  8. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and follow up on client interactions.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Luxury Retail, Preferably In Sportswear Or Activewear

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Relevant Designs

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Advise And Assist Clients In Their Purchases

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Microsoft Office.
