- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize knowledge of sportswear market to provide personalized styling and shopping experiences to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the luxury fashion brands carried by Neiman Marcus Group.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through building client relationships and providing excellent service.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with other Client Advisors and store management to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment, including visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to further develop expertise in sportswear and luxury fashion.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to client confidentiality and loss prevention measures.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design, Merchandising, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Luxury Fashion Retail, Specifically In Sportswear Design And Sales
Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Fabrics, And Construction Techniques
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Client Experiences.
