  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences.
  2. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and designer sportswear collections to effectively advise and make recommendations to clients.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing strong sales techniques and product knowledge to drive revenue.
  4. Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's preferences, needs, and budget to provide personalized and tailored recommendations.
  5. Provide a high level of attention to detail in all interactions with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions to maintain a strong client database and ensure repeat business.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for clients.
  8. Attend and participate in product knowledge and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
  10. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience for clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Client Advisor, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Personalized Recommendations. They Should Also Be Able To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate With Other Colleagues.

  • Previous Retail Experience: Candidates With Previous Retail Experience, Especially In Luxury Fashion Or Sportswear, Will Be Preferred For This Position. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
