Job Description

Welcome to Neiman Marcus Group, where luxury fashion meets exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Client Advisor for our Designer Sportswear department. As a Client Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most coveted designer sportswear brands, and provide our clients with personalized styling and shopping experiences. We are looking for individuals who not only have a strong eye for fashion, but also possess excellent communication and sales skills.   1. Greet and welcome clients to Neiman Marcus Group, representing the luxury brand and exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences, and offering personalized styling and shopping recommendations.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of the designer sportswear brands carried by Neiman Marcus Group, and consistently stay up-to-date with new trends and collections.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with a high level of service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing strong sales skills and product knowledge to drive sales and increase revenue.
  6. Provide a luxury shopping experience by offering clients a high level of attention, personalized service, and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  8. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices to enhance the overall client experience.
  9. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand image and values by representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for luxury fashion.
  11. Communicate any client feedback or concerns to management, and work together to address and resolve any issues.
  12. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, including promotions, events, and return/exchange policies.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  14. Adhere to all company safety and security procedures, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for both clients and employees.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the Designer Sportswear department and Neiman Marcus Group.
