  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by utilizing knowledge of fashion and design to assist in curating the perfect wardrobe.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a personalized and exclusive shopping experience.
  3. Use expertise in luxury retail to effectively communicate product knowledge and brand information to clients.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and making appropriate product recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and industry developments in order to provide the best possible service to clients.
  7. Utilize client database to track and follow up on client purchases and preferences.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Neiman Marcus brand at all times.
  9. Assist with visual merchandising and product placement to enhance the shopping experience for clients.
  10. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
