  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and preferences, and recommending the appropriate designer sportswear products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  3. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and developments in the sportswear industry to effectively advise clients and make informed recommendations.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling designer sportswear products to clients.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Neiman Marcus Group's policies and procedures, as well as the features and benefits of the designer sportswear brands carried.
  7. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in product replenishment to ensure availability for clients.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group and the designer sportswear brands represented.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the growth of the company.
