1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them upon arrival, offering assistance, and providing personalized recommendations based on their style preferences and needs.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge of all contemporary brands represented in the department.
4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, upselling and cross-selling products, and utilizing effective sales techniques.
