- Use product knowledge and styling skills to curate personalized shopping experiences for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed effectively.

- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the Neiman Marcus Group in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
