  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized and exceptional service.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador and expert on luxury fashion, staying up-to-date on current trends, styles, and designers.
  4. Assist customers in curating their wardrobe by offering personalized styling suggestions and product recommendations.
  5. Utilize excellent product knowledge to accurately describe merchandise, including materials, fit, and care instructions.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide an elevated and seamless shopping experience, including assisting with size and fit, locating merchandise, and processing transactions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and cross-selling complementary items.
  10. Attend and participate in training sessions to continually expand knowledge of luxury fashion and customer service skills.
  11. Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and following loss prevention guidelines.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and professionalism.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
