- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury beauty and skincare products, including Chantecaille and Orlane brands.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise and recommend products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping products stocked and displays visually appealing.
- Engage in ongoing training and education to stay informed about new products and company initiatives.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with other Beauty Advisors and team members to provide a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Neiman Marcus brand at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales goals, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Actively participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Extensive Knowledge Of Chantecaille And Orlane Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Chantecaille And Orlane Products, Including Their Ingredients, Benefits, And Application Techniques.
Previous Experience In Beauty Sales: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Beauty Sales Is Preferred. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential. This Includes Being Able To Actively Listen, Provide Personalized Recommendations, And Handle Customer Complaints Effectively.
