1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury beauty and skincare products, including Chantecaille and Orlane brands.
3. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise and recommend products to customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping products stocked and displays visually appealing.
7. Engage in ongoing training and education to stay informed about new products and company initiatives.
8. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
9. Collaborate with other Beauty Advisors and team members to provide a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.
10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Neiman Marcus brand at all times.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales goals, customer service, and product knowledge.
12. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
13. Actively participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
14. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
15. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
