  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the store.
  2. Act as an ambassador for the Byredo Beauty brand, promoting our products and sharing knowledge about our brand values, history, and unique selling points.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding the needs of each individual customer, and recommending products accordingly.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to better assist customers and make knowledgeable recommendations.
  5. Serve as a resource for customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have about our products.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and gift card purchases.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, visually merchandising products and ensuring shelves are fully stocked at all times.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer experience by gathering feedback and making suggestions for process improvements.
  10. Attend training sessions and workshops to expand product knowledge and enhance selling skills.
  11. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and inventory control.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the brand in a positive light.
  14. Assist with special events, promotions, and product launches as needed.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and brand representation.

This Role Requires A Friendly And Approachable Demeanor, As Well As The Ability To Handle Difficult Or Demanding Customers With Grace And Professionalism.

  • Experience In Sales And Goal-Oriented Mindset: Neiman Marcus Group Is A Luxury Retailer, And The Byredo Beauty Client Advisor Must Have A Proven Track Record In Sales And Meeting Sales Targets. This Role Requires A Driven And Motivated Individual Who Can Effectively Upsell And Cross-Sell Products To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals.

  • Skilled In Makeup Application And Skincare Techniques: As A Beauty Expert, The Byredo Beauty Client Advisor Must Possess Strong Skills In Makeup Application And Skincare Techniques. This Includes The Ability To Provide Makeovers, Skincare Consultations, And Demonstrations To Clients. Knowledge Of Different Skin Types, Concerns, And Techniques Is Essential For Providing Personalized Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Byredo Beauty Client Advisor Will Interact With A Diverse Range Of Clients, Including Both In-Store And Online. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Rapport And Understanding Clients' Needs.
