- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Dior department, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service.
- Collaborate with the Dior team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Dior brand, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate and promote the brand to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with other department managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and product placement to maximize sales and meet customer demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, providing insights and recommendations for improving business performance.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Luxury Fashion Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders
