- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales for the Chanel brand within the Neiman Marcus Group.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of popular Chanel products and minimize excess stock.
- Train and develop sales associates on the brand's history, products, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with Chanel representatives and negotiate favorable terms for the brand.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to ensure attractive and effective displays of Chanel products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns and handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and luxury market insights to inform business decisions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Chanel brand, its values, and its target customers.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Chanel brand, including expenses for events and promotions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Neiman Marcus Group's values and promoting the Chanel brand to colleagues and customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Luxury Retail Management, Preferably With A Focus On Chanel Products
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Team
Strong Understanding Of And Experience With Financial Management, Including Budgeting And Sales Forecasting
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
