- Oversee the daily operations of the Chanel department at Neiman Marcus, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales and revenue for the Chanel brand, utilizing strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Utilize market and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the Chanel department.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Neiman Marcus to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and driving repeat business.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Luxury Retail Management.
