  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Chanel department, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet/exceed department goals.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury retail market and fashion trends, specifically within the Chanel brand.
  4. Create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
  5. Train and mentor sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure the department is well-stocked with the latest Chanel products.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key Chanel clients to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Manage and control department expenses to ensure profitability.
  10. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented and followed within the Chanel department.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Work closely with other department managers to ensure cohesion and a seamless customer experience.
  13. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and values in all interactions with customers and employees.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement within the department.
  15. Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Chanel Brand And Its Products, Including Knowledge Of Current And Upcoming Collections.

  • Exceptional Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team Of Sales Associates To Achieve Sales Goals And Provide Excellent Customer Service.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Financial Targets, With A Focus On Maximizing Profitability And Managing Expenses.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
