- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Chanel boutique within the Neiman Marcus flagship store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients, setting a high standard for the team to follow.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure the Chanel boutique is stocked with the latest and most desirable products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Create and maintain relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Develop and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory for the Chanel boutique.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is consistently well-presented and reflective of the Chanel brand.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with the Neiman Marcus leadership team, providing updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and any other relevant information.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Chanel boutique.
- Stay up-to-date on Chanel products, history, and brand values to effectively represent the brand to clients.
- Lead by example, embodying the Neiman Marcus and Chanel brand values and inspiring the team to do the same.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion Brands
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Luxury Fashion Industry And Understanding Of Chanel Brand And Products.
