  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve department goals in alignment with the overall company objectives.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales associates and ensure they are meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with other department managers and buyers to ensure proper product assortment and inventory levels.
  5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Chanel.
  7. Create and maintain relationships with key clients and VIP customers.
  8. Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.
  9. Manage department budget and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  10. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards.
  13. Participate in buying trips and assist with the selection of merchandise for the department.
  14. Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
  15. Represent the company and brand in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
