- Manage and lead a team of sales associates and ensure they are meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other department managers and buyers to ensure proper product assortment and inventory levels.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Chanel.
- Create and maintain relationships with key clients and VIP customers.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.
- Manage department budget and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards.
- Participate in buying trips and assist with the selection of merchandise for the department.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
- Represent the company and brand in a professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion Industry
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
