- Manage the overall business operations of the Chanel department within Neiman Marcus Group, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue for the Chanel brand.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chanel representatives to ensure the availability of merchandise and promotional support.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Create and execute effective merchandising strategies to showcase the Chanel brand and drive sales.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform business decisions.
- Manage inventory levels and work closely with the buying team to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate and execute special events and promotions to promote the Chanel brand and attract new customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to upper management.
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the department.
- Represent the Neiman Marcus and Chanel brands in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Luxury Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Driving Sales.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Chanel Brand And Its Products.
