  1. Manage the overall business operations of the Chanel department within Neiman Marcus Group, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue for the Chanel brand.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chanel representatives to ensure the availability of merchandise and promotional support.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  7. Create and execute effective merchandising strategies to showcase the Chanel brand and drive sales.
  8. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform business decisions.
  11. Manage inventory levels and work closely with the buying team to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
  12. Coordinate and execute special events and promotions to promote the Chanel brand and attract new customers.
  13. Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to upper management.
  14. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the department.
  15. Represent the Neiman Marcus and Chanel brands in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Luxury Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Driving Sales.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Chanel Brand And Its Products.
