  1. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the Chanel department.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase profitability and market share.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  6. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers to create a cohesive and customer-centric shopping experience.
  8. Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.

Job Qualifications
