- Drive Sales: The Business Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals for the Chanel department, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Manage Team: The Business Manager will oversee a team of sales associates and support staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they meet their individual and departmental goals.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Different Departments And Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Luxury Fashion Industry And A Strong Understanding Of The Chanel Brand And Products.
