  1. Lead and develop the Chanel business at Neiman Marcus by implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive sales and increase profitability.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the Chanel brand.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all Chanel related matters, both internally and externally, and effectively communicate updates and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure cohesive and effective execution of business strategies.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
  6. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Buying team to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained for the Chanel brand.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry and market developments, and use this knowledge to make recommendations for improving the Chanel business at Neiman Marcus.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards, to maintain the luxury and excellence associated with Neiman Marcus and Chanel.
  10. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and maintain a positive image of the company and the Chanel brand at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Chanel Brand, Products, And Market Trends.
