  1. Lead and manage the Chanel department at the flagship store of Neiman Marcus Group.
  2. Drive sales growth by setting and achieving sales targets and developing strategic plans.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers and the buying team to ensure a cohesive and profitable merchandising strategy.
  7. Maintain a strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, specifically regarding the Chanel brand, and utilize this knowledge to drive sales.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Chanel brand standards.
  9. Plan and execute events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  10. Work with the store's visual merchandising team to create visually appealing and on-brand displays.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on department performance and propose strategies for improvement.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.
  13. Stay up-to-date on new product releases and trends within the luxury fashion industry.
  14. Represent the Neiman Marcus and Chanel brands with the highest level of professionalism and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion Or Beauty Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
