  1. Lead a team of sales associates and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet financial targets for the Chanel boutique.
  3. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the Neiman Marcus management team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and cultivating loyalty to the Chanel brand.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and recognition of successes.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and stay ahead in the luxury fashion market.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial and inventory management.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on sales and performance.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the Neiman Marcus and Chanel brand image through exceptional customer service and innovative business strategies.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  14. Stay informed on Chanel products and promotions, and work closely with the brand to plan and execute events and product launches.
  15. Represent the Neiman Marcus and Chanel brands with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
