- Oversee the operations of the Chanel department, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the department.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the luxury brand image of Chanel.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to promote the Chanel brand and increase customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising of products to maximize sales potential.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor and maintain department budget, ensuring expenses are within allocated resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions and events to drive overall store sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with Chanel representatives and negotiate favorable terms for the store.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on department performance to senior management.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Uphold Neiman Marcus Group's standards of excellence and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Luxury Retail Management, Preferably With A Focus On Luxury Fashion Brands.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Colleagues, And Corporate Partners.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Luxury Fashion Industry, Including Current Trends, Customer Preferences, And Competitive Landscape.
