  1. Oversee all aspects of the Chanel boutique, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals.
  3. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Ensure the Chanel boutique is visually appealing and meets brand standards.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within Neiman Marcus Group to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  9. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and replenishment.
  10. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the luxury fashion industry, specifically related to the Chanel brand.
  11. Represent the Neiman Marcus Group and Chanel brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  12. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Prepare and present sales reports and performance evaluations to upper management.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory, and customer service.
