As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profitability for the Chanel brand at Neiman Marcus.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase profitability for the Chanel brand at Neiman Marcus.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with the buying team to ensure the appropriate inventory levels and product assortment for the Chanel brand.
  5. Train and develop sales associates on the features, benefits, and selling points of the Chanel brand.
  6. Lead and motivate the Chanel team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  7. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the needs of the Chanel brand.
  8. Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of the Chanel brand in-store to maintain a high-end and luxurious shopping experience for customers.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to make strategic business decisions.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
