- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability for the Chanel brand within Neiman Marcus Group stores.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about the Chanel brand and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to plan and execute effective promotions and events for the Chanel brand.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury retail market and competitors in order to make informed business decisions.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with Chanel representatives and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high levels of employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Chanel brand standards.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage expenses to stay within budget and achieve financial targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to constantly improve and evolve the business strategy for the Chanel brand.
- Represent the Neiman Marcus Group and Chanel brand professionally at all times.
- Monitor and communicate sales and performance goals to the team, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Luxury Brand Management.
Strong Understanding Of The Luxury Fashion Market And Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Profitability.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
