- Manage and oversee the sales performance of the Chanel boutique at Neiman Marcus Group, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer retention, and reach new markets
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry, including current trends and competitors, in order to effectively position the brand and boutique for success
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Chanel, ensuring that the brand's image and standards are consistently upheld within the boutique and among team members
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and VIP customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand
- Develop and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory for the Chanel boutique, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments within Neiman Marcus Group to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for the Chanel brand
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and train team members on new collections, features, and benefits of Chanel products
- Monitor and analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make strategic business decisions
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment for all team members
- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on sales performance, customer feedback, and any relevant information related to the Chanel boutique and brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Sales Associates
Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting Principles
