Job Description

Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Beauty Sales Associate to join our team and represent the prestigious Bobbi Brown and Natura Bisse brands. As a Sales Associate, you will use your expertise and passion for beauty to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.   1. Demonstrate exceptional knowledge and understanding of luxury beauty brands, specifically Bobbi Brown and Natura Bisse.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty and skincare needs.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to promote and sell Bobbi Brown and Natura Bisse products.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and recommending products to customers.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area.
  9. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales goals.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance customer experience through product knowledge and exceptional service.
  11. Participate in product trainings and stay updated on brand knowledge and features.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code and attendance.
  13. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand image and values of Bobbi Brown and Natura Bisse.
