As a Beauty Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our Bobbi Brown brand. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering an unparalleled shopping experience, has a keen eye for beauty trends, and possesses exceptional communication and sales skills.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive shopping experience.
  2. Promote and represent the Bobbi Brown brand with a strong understanding of the company's values, products, and mission.
  3. Stay updated on current beauty trends and product knowledge in order to effectively communicate and educate clients on Bobbi Brown products.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to drive and exceed sales goals, while also building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  5. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the Bobbi Brown section of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  6. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge of the Bobbi Brown brand.
  7. Collaborate with team members and store management to strategize and execute promotional events and initiatives.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and online, representing the Bobbi Brown brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  9. Utilize social media and other marketing tools to promote the Bobbi Brown brand and drive sales.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all store policies, procedures, and promotions.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Adhere to all company and store policies, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and tester stations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience at Neiman Marcus.

  • Flexible Schedule And Availability For Weekends And Holidays: Neiman Marcus Group Operates In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, And The Bobbi Brown Beauty Ambassador Should Be Willing To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
