  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of beauty sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for our customers.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise customers and identify sales opportunities.
  5. Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with store management to ensure proper inventory levels and visual merchandising standards are maintained in the beauty department.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new beauty sales associates.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Neiman Marcus brand at all times.
  11. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay compliant with company policies and procedures and ensure team members are also following guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and participate in store-wide events and promotions to drive overall sales.
  14. Consistently meet personal sales goals and demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team to do the same.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the beauty department and overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience In The Beauty Industry, Preferably At A Luxury Retailer Or Brand.

  • Strong Understanding Of Skincare, Makeup, And Fragrance Products, Including Knowledge Of Ingredients, Benefits, And Application Techniques.

  • Ability To Drive And Exceed Sales Goals, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Prior Experience In Leadership Or Management Roles, With The Ability To Train, Motivate, And Manage A Team Of Beauty Sales Associates.
