- Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, and make personalized recommendations.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, in line with the brand's standards.
- Keep up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and trends in the beauty industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
