  1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon entering the store.
  2. Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of various beauty products and brands carried by Neiman Marcus Group.
  4. Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge in order to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to customers.
  7. Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers.
  8. Utilize selling techniques to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  9. Participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continually improve knowledge and skills.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking of products and cleaning of displays.
  11. Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  12. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code and attendance.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and provide an unparalleled shopping experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Beauty Products: A Beauty Sales Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Beauty Products Available At The Store, Including Skincare, Makeup, And Fragrance. They Should Be Able To Confidently Recommend Products To Customers Based On Their Needs And Preferences.
