  1. Greet and welcome customers to the beauty department with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on various beauty products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling beauty products.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches to ensure the department is offering the latest and most sought-after products.
  6. Assist in organizing and maintaining the appearance of the beauty department, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly displayed.
  7. Collaborate with other sales associates and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Utilize point-of-sale systems and other technology to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Actively participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.

  12. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of the business.
